We accept orders after you have viewed and confirmed the design, size, and materials
at our members-only exhibition.
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of order.
The remaining balance is payable upon collection of the finished piece
by cash on delivery or card payment.
Exhibition dates and venue details are shared via email following membership registration.

一点ずつ丁寧に仕上げております。
オーダー確定後、お届けまでに約1ヶ月〜1ヶ月半のお時間を頂戴しております。
※ デザインの複雑さや素材の入荷状況により、納期が前後する場合がございます。

Every piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans, one at a time. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. Further details will be provided at the time of order.

お見積もり・ご契約
Quotation & Agreement
最終デザインが確定しましたら、正式なお見積もりをご提示いたします。
ご承認後、手付金（代金の30%）をお預かりし、制作を開始いたします。
制作
Crafting
日本の工房にて、熟練の職人が一点一点丁寧にお仕立ていたします。
制作期間中、進捗のご報告をいたします。
完成・お渡し
Completion & Collection
完成品をご確認いただき、残金のお支払い（代金引換またはカード決済）をもってお渡しとなります。
※ オートクチュールの制作期間は、デザインや仕様により前後する場合がございます。

受注生産品・オートクチュール品ともに、オーダー確定後のキャンセル・返品はお受けいたしかねます。
デザイン・サイズ等は、オーダー前に十分ご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 - サイズやデザインにご不安がある場合は、カウンセリング時にお気軽にご相談ください。
- Cancellations and returns are not accepted once an order has been confirmed, for both Made to Order and Haute Couture pieces. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the design and sizing before placing your order.
- Should you have any concerns regarding size or design, please do not hesitate to discuss them during the consultation.
